Rhythm is essential in everything we do in sports from batting a ball, walking, jump roping, to shooting a basketball. Students are keeping the rhythm using an eight count. When the rhythm changes, the students change their action with the rhythm sticks.

SLIME is a fast action game where tennis balls are rolling all over the gym. You have to jump and dodge the rolling balls; otherwise, you've been slimed. If slimed, you have to go see the doctor for a prescribed exercise to de-slime yourself.

Students try to steal their opponent's treasure one piece at a time. If you are tagged in your opponent's half, you must go to jail. To get out of jail, you must catch a piece of treasure thrown to you from a teammate. Kids love this game because it is fast and the action is continuous. They can slide in and grab the treasure. The reward is if they get a piece of treasure before being tagged they have a free walk back. The strategy changes constantly from minute to minute and from game to game. The game is over when one team captures all of the treasure or all the students from one team end up in jail.
