Hello Ike Eagles!

 

Welcome to 5th Grade!

 

This is my 8th year at Eisenhower, and I am so happy to work with our fabulous staff and families!  I have been with the Fort Leavenworth school district since 2012, but began my teaching career at Fort Hood, TX, in 1996.  I received my BEd from Washburn University, my MA in Education from Baker University, and my MS in Educational Technology from Pittsburg State University.

 

As a 5th grade teacher, I will motivate, inspire, encourage, and support students by providing a safe and secure learning environment.  I will conduct myself with a positive attitude and work proactively with every student to help them achieve a sense of accomplishment.  I will expose students to new worlds and ideas with strengthening their values by means of a diverse collection of literature.

 

I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
