  Rhythm is essential in everything we do in sports from batting a ball, walking, jump roping, to shooting a basketball. Students are keeping the rhythm using an eight count. When the rhythm changes, the students change their action with the rhythm sticks.

  SLIME is a fast action game where tennis balls are rolling all over the gym. You have to jump and dodge the rolling balls; otherwise, you've been slimed. If slimed, you have to go see the doctor for a prescribed exercise to de-slime yourself.
